Vic Murray started her career at the Richard Stone Partnership, she then went to work at Gordon and French before helping set up RDF Management with Debi Allen in 2002 where she was given the opportunity to represent actors. In April 2009, she set up Vic Murray Talent.

Charlotte Neary (Assistant) graduated from The University of Bristol in 2008. She worked at RDF Management for the summer of 2007 and 2008 and has since worked at Lionsgate Films before coming to work alongside Vic.
