Vic Murray started her career at The Richard Stone Partnership, she then went to work at Gordon and French before helping set up RDF Management with Debi Allen in 2002 where she was given the opportunity to represent actors. In April 2009, she set up VM Talent Ltd.

Izzy Edmeston(Assistant): Izzy trained at the Liverpool Institute of Performing arts. She joined VM Talent in 2010 and now works alongside Vic managing all the clients.
